Service is absolute garbage. They seem to have an issue with taking orders. Hire people that care about their jobs and getting the orders right. This isn’t the first time, it is essentially every time we order they forget something and or don’t start the order until we arrive there for pick up. Why did I call 20 minutes ago just to be told you haven’t started it even though you said pick up was 15 minutes? Of course this location won’t hire competent people because it’s their family business.

They used a third party for delivery, which ended up being awful, but the customer service provided to resolve the issue was on point. The manager went above and beyond to correct the issue and did it as fast as possible. Super grateful for her efforts!

Nice pizzas! We got pizzas and wings for the whole office they were awesome. The manager was super-friendly and kind to take the pictures (posted with the review). The place has pizzas by the slice and some tables to sit and eat, may be for quick lunch. Highly recommended.

I went to mountains mikes today for my lunch I ordered a pizza and some wings and a few others things everything was good but once it got to the wings I took a bite and the wing was raw from the inside. I told the lady worker that was working there that it was raw and all she told me was if I wanted new wings she never offered a refund. Once I told her I didn’t want more wings because one of the ones I got was raw she said “I’ll be more careful next time”. I’m very disappointed because I didn’t even enjoy my pizza because I had just token a bit from a raw wing and wasn’t even offered a refund.

I loved the customer service from all workers and the extra information about discounts on pizza ! It may be pricey but it is worth it! The lunch buffet was also great always made sure it was filled and salad bar also I believe this was a great add to the community food options But some adjustments i would suggest is just a little more flavoring to the food! Overall first great experience w/ my family
